Mosaic Dental Collective Partners with VideaAI to Enhance Care Quality, Boost Patient Trust, and Strengthen Clinical Standards

Mosaic Dental Collective, LLC (“Mosaic”), a doctor-led dental services organization with more than 50 practices across California, Washington, and Idaho, has chosen VideaAI from VideaHealth as its enterprise-wide dental AI platform. The move follows a successful pilot that improved diagnostic accuracy, treatment planning, and patient understanding of care recommendations.

The partnership marks a key step in Mosaic’s mission to standardize care delivery, improve diagnostic reliability, and strengthen patient trust. During the trial phase, clinicians reported higher confidence in radiographic assessments, better coordination across specialties, and increased treatment acceptance rates.

“Mosaic is one of the most clinically disciplined organizations in dentistry,” said Florian Hillen, founder and CEO of VideaHealth. “Their success confirms that dental teams want technology that improves patient care and minimizes variability, allowing clinicians to focus more on patients rather than software.”

Mosaic will implement VideaHealth’s full AI suite, including Clinical Assist, Daily Dashboard, and Insights, to enhance early detection and streamline patient communication. These tools provide real-time AI support and patient-friendly visuals, helping patients grasp and follow through with recommended treatments.

“Our mission is to ensure every patient gets the care they truly need,” said Jagdev Heir, MD, DMD, FACS, CEO of Mosaic Dental Collective. “VideaHealth empowers our teams to diagnose confidently, explain conditions clearly, and build stronger doctor-patient relationships across our network.”

Mosaic joins a growing group of Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) leveraging VideaAI to improve diagnostic quality, reduce administrative work, and support responsible AI adoption. VideaHealth’s latest innovation, Voice Notes, serves as dentistry’s first ambient AI scribe, eliminating manual documentation and enabling more direct patient interaction.

Currently, VideaAI operates across DSOs representing more than 80% of the top 10 dental networks in North America, further cementing its leadership in dental AI technology.
