The recognition comes after TouchPoint introduced TouchPointGPT, a chatbot built with Qlik Answers and powered by Amazon Bedrock. The tool was trained solely on TouchPoint’s internal resources and documentation. Employees can now find policies, procedures, recipes, and safety information much faster than before.
Working alongside Qlik, TouchPoint created the platform to simplify access to operational knowledge. Today, the system indexes more than 62,000 pages across 25 knowledge bases. Instead of spending valuable time searching through files, employees can quickly locate the information they need and return their attention to daily responsibilities.
The platform also helps healthcare teams maintain consistency across operations. Easy access to trusted information supports compliance efforts and improves efficiency throughout the organization.
