Creative Solutions in Healthcare Extends Strategic Collaboration with QRM After Seven Years of Success

Creative

Creative Solutions in Healthcare (CSNHC) has signed a new partnership agreement with QRM in relation to healthcare therapy services. The new agreement is an extension of their partnership over the next three years. This partnership builds on a seven-year partnership that is characterized by clinical excellence and success. In addition, it helps to bolster CSNHC’s internal therapy program within its SNFs.

Through this agreement, QRM will continue providing therapy management, clinical expertise, operational support, and reimbursement guidance. As a result, CSNHC can maintain a more integrated approach to resident care.

“Creative Solutions in Healthcare is committed to partnering with organizations that understand our mission, our residents, and the realities our facility teams face every day,” said Gary & Malisa Blake, co-founders of Creative Solutions in Healthcare. “QRM has brought meaningful value to our organization, and renewing this partnership allows us to continue building on that progress with a team that is aligned with our goals.”

Advancing Skilled Nursing Care Through Collaboration

Partnership is an approach that eliminates the fragmentation of the therapy process. It brings about a cohesive structure that will enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the practice. In addition, the two organizations still pursue better results for the clients as well as the therapists. The partnership between CSNHC and QRM in healthcare therapy is characterized by similar values and long-term aspirations.

In skilled nursing settings, there is a direct link between therapy results and reimbursement performance. As such, CSNHC and QRM have been working on developing processes that can promote both clinical and reimbursement success. In 2019, CSNHC moved from multiple outsourced therapy companies to an in-house therapy system. QRM has played an essential role in facilitating the change by providing the necessary know-how and structure.

“Creative Solutions was one of our very first clients, and it has been an incredible privilege to grow alongside their organization,” said Freda Mowad, Chief Strategy Officer of Focal Point Care and founder of QRM. “What began in two buildings has grown to support more than 150+ communities today. Gary and his team have always been focused on a collaborative approach, from co-developing rehab software analytics and reimbursement capture tools to identifying new ways to support facility teams and resident care. Creative and QRM work as one unit which has been critical to both company’s success and longevity.”

“One thing that sets QRM apart is that they truly feel like partners,” the Blakes continued. “They are innovative, action-oriented and in constant communication with our teams. When there is an opportunity to improve, they move quickly, bring solutions and execute. That is exactly the kind of long-term partnership Creative is built for.”

Even today, QRM keeps providing assistance to long-term care providers for dealing with clinical performance, payment, and operational issues. In addition, the new healthcare therapy alliance allows both parties to offer a data-informed approach and practical assistance. Together, CSNHC and QRM keep pushing forward the development of skilled nursing care.
