Doceree Strengthens Leadership as It Scales Its Healthcare Marketing Operating System

Doceree

Doceree, the operating system for healthcare marketing, announced four senior appointments. The company added leaders across its sales and marketing teams. Brendan McHenry joins as Chief Revenue Officer, HCP Media. Sophie Ferronato joins as Executive Vice President, Marketing. Brett Holland becomes Group Vice President of Sales, Media Solutions. Hannah Albanese joins as Director, Marketing. The appointments come as Doceree continues expanding its healthcare marketing platform. The company also continues strengthening its leadership team for its next phase.

These appointments follow Doceree’s July launch of Daily Command. The platform serves as Doceree’s operating system for pharma commercialization. It runs on Semmelweis, the company’s pharma-specific AI model. Meanwhile, Doceree continues broadening its HCP engagement solutions. Its offerings span point of care, programmatic, connected TV, social, and other channels. McHenry and Holland will lead revenue for the HCP media business in North America. Holland will report directly to McHenry. Ferronato will oversee Doceree’s global marketing organization.

“You can read a company’s momentum in the leaders it attracts,” said Harshit Jain, MD, Founder & Global CEO, Doceree. “Brendan, Sophie, Brett, and Hannah have each built and scaled organizations in healthcare media, life sciences marketing, and adtech. With Daily Command now in market, their job is to put it in the hands of every pharmaceutical brand that needs it.”

The leadership expansion supports Doceree’s broader strategy around healthcare marketing technology. It also strengthens the company’s capabilities across media, marketing, and pharmaceutical commercialization.

Brendan McHenry Leads HCP Media Revenue

Brendan McHenry joins Doceree as Chief Revenue Officer, HCP Media. He brings nearly two decades of experience in healthcare media sales. Most recently, McHenry served as Chief Revenue Officer at HealthCentral Corporation. Previously, he spent seven years at Healthline Media. At Healthline Media, he advanced to Senior Vice President, Sales & Strategy. Earlier, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at HealthiNation.

Throughout his career, McHenry has built and managed sales organizations during different growth stages. He has also worked with many leading pharmaceutical companies worldwide. At Doceree, McHenry will oversee revenue for the HCP media business across North America. His experience strengthens the company’s healthcare media sales strategy.

“I have spent most of my career helping pharmaceutical brands reach physicians through media, and the hardest part has always been proving that the right message reached the right clinician at the right moment,” said Brendan McHenry, Chief Revenue Officer, HCP Media, Doceree. “Doceree was built to answer that question. With Daily Command we can show a brand not just who saw its message but what clinical need was behind it, and that changes the conversation with every partner we work with.”

His appointment comes as pharmaceutical brands seek stronger measurement across HCP engagement campaigns. It also reflects the growing demand for data-driven healthcare advertising solutions.

Sophie Ferronato Strengthens Global Marketing

Sophie Ferronato joins Doceree as Executive Vice President, Marketing. She brings more than 20 years of marketing leadership across life sciences and health technology. Before joining Doceree, Ferronato served as Vice President, Marketing Communications at EVERSANA. There, she led the company’s 2018 brand launch. She also built a global marketing team of more than 30 professionals. The team operated across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

Earlier, Ferronato served as Head of Marketing at Alliance Life Sciences. She guided the company through its acquisition by EVERSANA. Ferronato has also led marketing organizations through two private equity exits. Her experience spans brand development, global marketing, and organizational growth. At Doceree, she will lead the company’s global marketing organization. Her appointment adds further depth to Doceree’s healthcare marketing leadership.

“I have built marketing organizations through periods of real change, and the best ones start with a story that can define the market,” said Sophie Ferronato, Executive Vice President, Marketing, Doceree. “Doceree has that story. Clinical intent, not demographics, is where healthcare marketing is heading, and my job is to make sure every pharmaceutical marketer understands what that makes possible.”

Her role will support Doceree’s positioning within healthcare marketing technology. It will also help communicate the value of clinical intent across pharmaceutical marketing campaigns.

Brett Holland Expands Media Sales Capabilities

Brett Holland joins Doceree as Group Vice President of Sales, Media Solutions. He brings more than 15 years of experience across healthcare, media, and adtech. Holland most recently served as Vice President, Healthcare Sales at IQM. Before that, he spent more than four years at DeepIntent.

At DeepIntent, Holland helped launch the company’s connected TV business. He later led its Publicis partnership as Vice President, Agency Partnerships. Holland began his career on the agency side. His previous experience includes Harmelin Media and Publicis Health Media. He later moved into adtech with Tremor Video. This background gives him experience across healthcare advertising, media strategy, and technology.

At Doceree, Holland will lead media sales for the HCP media business in North America. He will report to McHenry. His appointment strengthens Doceree’s ability to support pharmaceutical brands across evolving media channels. It also complements the company’s growing HCP engagement capabilities.

Hannah Albanese Supports Marketing Execution

Hannah Albanese joins Doceree as Director, Marketing. She brings experience in B2B marketing and healthcare storytelling. Albanese joins from Fullspan Health, RVO Health’s B2B platform. She previously served as Associate Director, B2B Marketing. Before Fullspan Health, she held corporate and B2B marketing roles at RVO Health. Her previous experience also includes Healthline Media and WarnerMedia. At Doceree, Albanese will bring a strong focus on B2B storytelling. She will also support go-to-market execution across the marketing organization.

She adds another layer to Doceree’s growing healthcare marketing team. It also helps the company to communicate its technology to the audiences of pharmaceutical companies. The four appointments together further reinforce Doceree’s leadership in healthcare media and marketing. They also back its move into AI-driven pharma commercialization. Following the launch of Daily Command, Doceree is now looking to expand its reach among pharma brands. The company will continue to develop HCP engagement solutions across a number of digital channels.

The leadership additions will help position Doceree to further grow its healthcare marketing technology. They also reinforce its focus on clinical intention, media performance and pharmaceutical commercialization.
