This list of Top 100 Critical Access Hospitals has featured 16 first-time winners and 15 hospitals. Those who have achieved top honors 10 or more times. Similarly, Iowa and Kansas each had 12 hospitals on the list among the top critical access hospitals. When it comes to the Top 100 Rural & Community Hospitals. The list comprised 14 first-time honorees alongside 21 repeat winners, led by Michigan and Minnesota, each having seven hospitals.
