(NYSE: HIMS), a leading digital wellness platform, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire YourBio Health, Inc., a Boston-based innovator in painless blood sampling technology. The move aims to transform traditional blood collection through YourBio’s patented micro-needle devices, making comfortable, at-home blood testing the new norm.
YourBio Health’s TAP® device, powered by its proprietary HALO™ system, uses bladeless microneedles finer than an eyelash to collect high-quality capillary blood samples within seconds—eliminating the need for needles or finger pricks. With an extensive portfolio of patents, the company’s microtechnology reimagines simplicity, comfort, and accessibility in health diagnostics.
