Kain Capital Completes Investment in White Wilson Medical Center

Kain Capital has completed its investment in White Wilson Medical Center. Which is the largest independent multi-specialty physician group on the Emerald Coast of Florida. The investment is accompanied by the announcement of Brad Logan as the new Chief Executive Officer.

Established in 1946, White Wilson Medical Center is a group of nine clinics. Across Fort Walton Beach, Crestview, DeFuniak Springs, Destin, Navarre, and Niceville. The group of over 70 providers offers primary care, pediatric care, and specialty care such as cardiology. Other disciplines to over 95,000 patients annually. The group is recognized by the community for several honors and is a NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home.

Investment to Drive Expansion and Value-Based Care

This investment will help the organization with provider recruitment, expansion of the clinics, and geographic expansion within the Panhandle region. It will also help White Wilson expedite its transition. To value-based care, building on its ACO REACH contract and deepening its relationships with its important payers & health system partners. It is the fifth investment in the primary care and multi-specialty space for Kain Capital.
