OhioHealth has expanded its partnership with Qventus to advance AI care operations across its healthcare network. The collaboration will introduce Qventus’ Perioperative Care Coordination and Surgical Growth Solutions.
This growth is on the heels of the successful implementation of Qventus’ Inpatient Capacity Solution. Which has saved OhioHealth 13,000 unnecessary hospital bed days and achieved savings of $5.1 million in costs. While automating 2,900 administrative work hours.
Currently, OhioHealth is expanding its AI care process in perioperative services. This is aimed at enhancing preparation before surgery, increasing accessibility, and minimizing operational difficulties. Many healthcare facilities are increasingly employing artificial intelligence for better efficiency. However, many of these systems continue to face challenges in implementing AI.
