ORTEC has acquired TOBA HR Solutions to strengthen healthcare workforce management capabilities in Belgium and Luxembourg. The acquisition expands ORTEC’s regional healthcare customer base by more than 250 organizations.
Together, the companies now support around 225,000 frontline professionals across more than 1,450 healthcare sites. The move strengthens ORTEC’s position in the healthcare workforce management software market.
TOBA HR Solutions offers solutions for managing the workforce of healthcare organizations. Its head office is located in Ghent, Belgium, while its other offices are located in Zaventem and Ittre. With this acquisition, ORTEC gains the skills of TOBA in workforce planning, scheduling, time and attendance management, employee self-service, and human capital management.
