Providence Care Names Werner Freymann, Jr. as Chief Executive Officer 

Providence Care, a recognized provider of hospice, palliative, and primary care for seniors, has announced the appointment of Werner Freymann, Jr. as its new Chief Executive Officer. In his new role, Freymann will guide the organization’s strategy and oversee its mission to expand and innovate across the full spectrum of senior care services. 

Freymann brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the healthcare sector. Before joining Providence Care, he served as Senior Vice President at Discovery at Home and held CEO roles at multiple post-acute care companies, including those specializing in home health, hospice, and palliative care. Known for his dynamic leadership and operational expertise, he has a strong record of driving growth, improving performance, and fostering positive organizational culture.
