Rare Endocrine Disease research will take center stage as Ascendis Pharma presents new clinical findings at ENDO 2026. The annual meeting of the Endocrine Society takes place in Chicago from June 13 to June 16. The company will share data from its endocrinology rare disease programs.
These programs focus on hypoparathyroidism, achondroplasia, and pediatric growth hormone deficiency. In total, Ascendis will deliver two oral presentations and present three scientific posters. The upcoming presentations highlight long-term clinical data from several studies.
In addition, the findings support the development of innovative therapies for patients with significant unmet needs.

Key Presentations at ENDO 2026
On June 13, researchers will present final Phase 3 PaTHway Trial results for palopegteriparatide in adults with hypoparathyroidism. Aliya Khan, M.D., will deliver the oral presentation. On June 15, Ascendis will share 52-week Phase 2 COACH Trial results. The study evaluates navepegritide combined with lonapegsomatropin in children with achondroplasia. Ciara McDonnell, M.D., will present the findings.
Poster Presentations
Researchers will also present data on workplace productivity among adults with chronic hypoparathyroidism. Additional findings will examine global prevalence estimates for chronic hypoparathyroidism.
Furthermore, Ascendis will showcase registry data evaluating the safety and effectiveness of lonapegsomatropin. The analysis includes the first 100 patients enrolled in the SkybriGHt Registry with two years of follow-up. Through these presentations, Ascendis continues advancing research in rare endocrine disease treatment while supporting innovation in endocrinology care.
