Through this partnership, Pyramid Healthcare will strengthen its enterprise electronic health record strategy and advance technology assets. The collaboration will also support augmented intelligence and workflow automation across its systems. The Netsmart CareFabric platform will integrate seamlessly with existing systems. This integration will improve care coordination and enhance documentation quality. It will also reduce administrative burdens for Pyramid Healthcare’s clinical teams.
Pyramid Healthcare collaborated with Netsmart in 2023 on revenue cycle improvement and enhancement of its billing operations. The partnership helped Pyramid Healthcare improve its revenue cycle operations and achieve performance improvements in its revenue cycle operations. Building on that progress, Pyramid Healthcare will extend the Netsmart platform across substance use, mental health, and recovery services.
