New Veradigm Health Network Architecture Levels the Playing Field for Independent Practices

Veradigm Launches Health Network Architecture

Veradigm Inc. announced the availability of the Veradigm Health Network Architecture to early adopter customers. This new framework provides independent practices with a single real-time view of performance. It connects clinical, financial, and operational data into one ecosystem. The Veradigm Health Network Architecture helps close a gap between independent practices and large health systems. It eliminates overnight batch cycles and manual data stitching.

This release strengthens the Veradigm Health Network Architecture as a core solution. It connects data across the products and practices already used. This includes EHR, practice management, and patient portals. Independent providers can now access analytics previously reserved for large organizations. Information flows together as physicians document visits.

“For years, healthcare technology added a new tool for every new requirement, but never a way to make them work together,” said Tehsin Syed, Chief Product and Technology Officer of Veradigm.

Closing the Data Gap for Independent Practices

The architecture focuses on reducing the burden of managing 15-plus separate applications. It turns disconnected systems into one coordinated platform. This allows quality measures and care gaps to update in real time. Prior authorizations automatically carry full clinical context to reduce denials. The platform also detects denial patterns after only a handful of claims.

“Veradigm Health Network Architecture changes that. It turns disconnected systems into one coordinated platform where information is usable the moment it’s created,” said Tehsin Syed, Chief Product and Technology Officer of Veradigm.

The system is powered by the Veradigm network. This includes Veradigm FollowMyHealth for patient relationship visibility. The connectivity extends beyond the practice to payers and life sciences. Joining new accountable care organizations happens in days through FHIR APIs. This replaces months-long custom integration projects.

The platform uses FHIR APIs to maintain secure connectivity and protect sensitive patient data. This setup allows independent practices to scale their operations by removing the technical barriers usually found in fragmented systems. This architecture provides a foundation for AI-powered workflows that connect stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem. Such new innovations guarantee that the data can be used right when it becomes available. Veradigm plans on adding other tools, such as artificial intelligence-driven prior authorizations, in 2026.
